1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SpaceCommz.io (“Site”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “TOS”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

SpaceCommz.io provides communication services intended exclusively for production use. By using the Service, you warrant that your use is for operational purposes and not for testing, development, or any unauthorized purposes.

3. Account Terms

• Users must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SpaceCommz.io cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Conduct

• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links, and other content or materials (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, post, and display on the Service.
• Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Service, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service, is not permitted.

5. Rights Reserved

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any username that becomes inactive, violates trademark, or may mislead other users.

6. Copyrights and Content Ownership

• We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
• By submitting Content to SpaceCommz.io for inclusion on your website, you grant SpaceCommz.io a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your service.

7. Termination and Account Cancellation

• If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
• SpaceCommz.io reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that is suspected of being used for any unauthorized or illegal purposes, or if it breaches these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

• SpaceCommz.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
• By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Use of Company Logos

By using the Service, you grant SpaceCommz.io permission to use the logo of the company you are associated with or working for in our marketing materials, website, social media, and other channels for promotional purposes. This permission is granted on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis.

If you do not wish for your company’s logo to be used in this manner, you must explicitly opt out by sending an email to [email protected] specifying your company name and your request to opt out of this usage. Upon receipt of your email, SpaceCommz.io will cease to use your company’s logo in any new marketing materials going forward. However, please note that existing materials already in circulation or production may continue to be used until they are phased out or replaced in the normal course of our marketing activities.

This provision does not imply any endorsement by your company of SpaceCommz.io’s services, nor does it establish any form of partnership or collaboration between your company and SpaceCommz.io beyond the scope of this provision.
